With an aim of ensuring swift flow of commodity and saving time and money, construction of a concrete road on Taninphalone Road in ward-4 in the town of Paikyone in Kayin State was completed 100 percent.

The concrete road measuring 259 ft. long, 12 ft. wide and six inches thick is being constructed by the Township Development Committee with Ks. 9.9 million allotted by Kayin State government in 2022-2023 FY. 

The construction works of concrete road began on 15 May and it was fully completed on 24 May. The road will benefit local people.—Naw Khu(IPRD)
