Myinmu 26 May

A pre-monsoon tree-planting ceremony was held at Myinmu Football Ground in the town of Myinmu, Sagaing District on May 26.

First, Chairman of Township Administration Council and officials from the Township Forest Department provided saplings to the departmental personnel to be planted at the ceremony. 

The officials planted 1000 saplings of shady trees at the cermeony to be greening the environment and reducing climate change. The occasion was attended by officials from the Township Administation Council, the Township Forest Department, departmental personnel, members of Women Affairs Association and Maternal and Child Welfare Association.
