Hpa-an, 26 May

A ceremony to wrap up a free English proficiency course, jointly organized by the Township Information and Public Relations Department and Kayin Sate Libraries Foundation, was held in conjunction with prize awarding event at the community center of the Township IPRD in the Town of Hpa-an, Kayin State on 25 May.

During the event, Assistant Director of the State Information and Public Relations Department Daw Soe Soe Aye delivered a speech and clarified the purposes of the training course. This was followed by the presentation of completion certificates and outstanding awards to the students by officials.

The 17-day training course was attended by 20 trainees from Basic Education Schools in the Township. The course covers grammar and vocabulary.— District IPRD
