Danubyu 8 June

A ceremony to provide social pension to elderly people over 85 years old in Danubyu Township, Maubin District, Ayeyawady Region was held at the Township General Administration Department on June 8.

A total of 1199 elderly people over 85 years old from 81 village-tracts were provided with social pension via respective ward and village administrators. The occasion was attended by Chairman of the Township Administration Council, officials from the Township Department of Social Welfare, departmental personnel, members of Township Women Affairs Committee and Maternal and Child Welfare Association and respective ward and village administrators.
