Students aged five to 12 received their second dose of COVID-19 vaccine at the designated vaccination sites in Tonzang Township, Chin State at about 9:00 am on 6 July.

On the occasion, a total of 324 students including 241 students from B.E.H.S., 34 from B.E.M.S., 27 from Twituam B.E.P.S. and 22 from Bialcin Post-Primary School in Tonzang Township received their second dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

As of July 6, a total of 483 students aged five to 12 from Basic Education Schools in Tonzang Township were given first dose of COVID-19 vaccine. Healthcare workers continue to conduct vaccination campaign in the remaining Schools in the Township in line with COVID-19 health guidelines set by Ministry of Health.—Township IPRD
