A ceremony to honor outstanding students who passed with distinctions in 2021-2022 Academic year’s matriculation examination was held at the meeting hall of B.E.H.S.-1 in Thazi Township, Mandalay Region on 9 August.

First of all, grade nine students from No.(1) B.E.H.S. performed a song. Then, chairman of the Township Administration Council U Myo Thet Kyaw delivered a speech and an official from Township Education officer’s office discussed matters relating to pass rate of matriculation exam in the Township. Afterwards, headmistress of B.E.H.S.-1 Daw Yee Yee Win spoke words of thanks.

This was followed by the presentation of the prizes and certificates of honor to outstanding students in 2021-2022 Academic year’s matriculation examination by officials. There are one student who passed with five distinctions, three students who passed with four distinctions, two students who passed with three distinctions, six students who passed with two distinctions and 35 students who passed with one distinction in 2021-2022 Academic year’s matriculation examination in Thazi Township.—Township IPRD
