Taunggyi 7 September

Progress of village development projects in Lwekaung-Ywathit village in Taunggyi Township, Shan State (South) was inspected on September 7. 

Officials from the Township Department of Rural Development inspected the construction of a multipurpose hall which is 40 ft in length, 30 ft in width and 21 ft in height. Then, they met with responsible people from the village development committee and called the members of the committee for timely completion and meeting the set standard.  

The projects are being conducted with K 10 million funded by VDP and K 0.9 million contributed by local people.
