With a view to creating job opportunities for rural women, the Department of Rural Development organized a free basic motorcycle repair course at the Dhamayone of Thonehtatkyaung Village in Pantanaw Township, Ayeyarwady Region this morning.

At the event, an official from the township DRD delivered an opening speech and clarified the purposes of the training course. Next, course instructor U Min Min introduced the subjects to be taught in the training course. Then, respective officials handed over teaching aid to the trainees. 

The one-month training course is being attended by 30 trainees from villages and wards in the Township, according to an official from the Township Department of Rural Development.—U Nein Thu Win Shwe
