Officials from the Township Department of Rural Development inspected the completion of concrete paving work of road in Myintha Village in Mohnyin Township, Kachin State this morning.

During the inspection tour, officials met with members of village development project committee and stressed the importance of quality construction and maintenance.

The concreted road measuring 1200 ft. in length, 12 ft. in width and six inches in thickness was constructed with Ks. 13.5 million including Ks.10.00 million of DRD’s allocated funds in 2022-2023 fiscal years and Ks. 3.5 million contributed by well-wishers and now, it was completed 100 percent, according to an official from the Township Department of Rural Development.—Chit Oo Ko(DRD)
