A ceremony to wrap-up a refresher training course for auxiliary firefighters was held at the office of Township Fire Services Department in Thayawaddy Township, Bago Region on 28 October.

At the event, Chairman of the Township Administration Council U San Ho delivered a concluding speech and called on the trainees to practically apply the lessons learned in the training for people. This was followed by the presentation of uniform to the trainees by the Township Police Chief Police Major Khin Soe Lwin.

The 25-day training course which runs from October 4 to 28 was attended by 50 trainees.—Thant Zaw(IPRD)
