Chief Minister of Bago Region U Win Thein, Minister of Natural Resources, Forest and Development Dr. Saw Nyo Win, Secretary of Bago Region Government U Toe Win and departmental personnel offered three million for patients living with cleft lips and palate at the Bago People’s hospital, Bago today.

The medical experts from Germany-based Interplast-Germany team, and officials from the hospital explained about the surgery of cleft lips and palate. Medical Superintendent of the hospital Dr Yan Naing Maung received K three million donated by the chief minister.

The chief minister and party encouraged patients living with congenital cleft lips and palate and others.

The Bago Region Government and Myanmar Chefs Association in collaboration with Japan and Myanmar medical association and town-elders from Bago provided assistance in free comprehensive care to all patients with congenital and palate. –Tin Soe (Bago)
