A course on GAP/GAHP was jointly conducted by the Rural Development Department, Agricultural Department and Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department at the Tawseint village, Salin Township, Magway Region yesterday.

At the course, an official from the Township Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department clarified diseases found in animals and animals’ protection laws.

In addition, an official from the Agricultural Department explained about the insects found in paddy, pulses and sesame, techniques to prevent the diseases and rules and regulations set by the Agricultural Department.
