With the aim of distributing enough drinking water to rural people in Myingyan District, Mandalay Region, water distribution projects are being implemented in 18 villages in Myingyan District. Now, all have been completed by hundred percent.
First nine projects in Taungtha, Natogyi and Myingyan Townships were conducted with K 219.599 million allocated by funds of Union and other projects in the townships were implemented with K 96.877 million allocated by funds of Region. All the projects were conducted by tender winning companies starting from first week of July, 2022.
Since all have been completed, a total of 15099 people from 3336 households and their cattle will be available enough drinking water in all seasons.
