Ann 20 April
With the aim of distributing enough drinking water, a water supply project is being conducted in Thalumaw village in Ann Township, Rakhine State. On the morning of 20 April, officials from the Township Department of Rural Development inspected the completion of the project.
Officials from the Township Department of Rural Development and responsible engineers inspected the construction of two water tanks capable of storing 10000 gallons of water. The tanks measuring 18 ft in length, 15 ft in width and six ft in height were built with K 19 million allocated by funds of the State Government by tender winning company starting from second week of July 2022. Now, a total of 2038 people from 304 households in the village are available enough drinking water in all seasons.
