Upper Minhla 21 April

Strong winds hit Minhla Township, Thayet District, Magway Region at about 6:30 pm on 20 April. 

Due to the strong winds, a monastery and eight houses in Ngaraine village, six houses in Kanyingyi village and one house in Malunsan village, totaling 15 houses and one monastery were destroyed and roofs of these buildings were flipped over. No casualties were reported in the incident. 

Officials from the Township Disaster Management Committee and ward and village administrators are providing assistance to the disasters.
