A ceremony to provide cash aids to storm victims in Minhla Township, Tharawady Distirct, Bago Region was held at the Township General Administration Department on 17 May.

 Officials from the Township General Administration Department, the Township Department of Disaster Management and members of the Township Fire Services Department provided K 830,000 to 15 households for the repair of their houses. They then provided K 935,000 of cash aids to storm victims for purchasing rice.
