With the sponsorship of Gangaw District Forest Department, a closing ceremony of training course on bamboo planting and making value-added products using bamboo was held at the District Forest Department yesterday. 

“During the course, the trainees learned making soap, shampoo, distilled water and other goods with bamboo using techniques as well as bamboo planting practically and theoretically” said a responsible person from course
On the occasion, MP U Aung San Win of Magway Region Hluttaw, vice chairman U Saw Min Naing of Myanmar Bamboo Growers Association presented certificates of completion to the trainees. 

Then, U Zaw Min Oo from Lelma village who helped fulfill the needs of the course was presented certificate of honor by an assistant director from the Department.

Altogether 51 trainees attended the five-day course, according to District Information and Public Relations Department.
