An informative talk to commemorate the 76th Martyr's Day and award ceremony of essay and poem competition was held at the Community Centre of Information and Public Relations Department in Hsihseng Township, The Pa'O Self-Administered Zone in southern Shan State.
First, U Aung San Oo, chairman of the Township Administration Council, explained the history of Martyr's Day. This was followed by the presentation of awards to students who won essay and poem competitions by officials.
Also present on the occasion were Chairman of the Township Administration Council U Aung San Oo and members, departmental officials, chairperson of the Township Maternal and Child Welfare Association Daw Hta Hta Oo and students attended the event.—Myo Myat(Hsihseng)
