Students aged five and above in Hsihseng Township, the Pa'O Self-Administered Zone in Shan State (South), received their second doses of COVID-19 vaccines in respective immunization sites this morning.

On the occasion, healthcare workers and volunteers monitored the body temperatures and blood pressures of the students before giving the vaccine to them and watched them for 30 minutes after giving the vaccine.

The inoculation drive was carried out under the supervision of the Township Administration Body. Chairman of the Township Administration Body U Aung San Oo and members, personnel from the Township General Administration Department, staff from education department and volunteers viewed round the vaccination campaign and provided necessary assistance to healthcare workers.—Myo Myat(Hsihseng)
