Strong wind hit Mudon Township of Mon State this morning and damaged five houses in Myoma Ward-4 in the Town of Mudon.

Due to heavy rains and strong winds, the roofs of some houses were flipped over and the victims of strong wind from five households in the town are currently taking refuge in the homes of their relatives.

Firemen from the Township Fire Services Department, members of Ward Administration Council and members of social organizations led by chairman of the Township Administration Council U Pyae Thein rushed to the incident scene and provided necessary helps to victims of strong wind.

But no casualties have been reported in the incident so far.—Thar Nge(IPRD)
