An event to hand over funds of Emerald Green Project and Village Development Project was held at Mohnyin Township Department of Rural Development on 3 August.

First, Chairman of District Administration Council U Nyi Nyi Lwin clarified the purpose of the hand-over ceremony and an official from the District Department of Rural Development announced the villages that will receive the funds of VDP.

Then, an official from the Township Department of Rural Development clarified the processes of the project and handed over K 30 million of Emerald Green Project and K 15 million of VDP to members of village development committee.

In Mohnyin Township, during 2023-2024 FY, two villages for emerald green project will be disbursed K 30 million each and eight villages for VDP will be dispensed K 15 million each, according to the Township Department of Rural Development.
