With the aim of ensuring swift flow of commodity and saving time and money, construction works of rural road have been implemented in Kanpyae Vallage in Pwintbyu Township and now, all the projects were completed by 30 percent, according to an official from the Township Department of Rural Development.

During the inspection tour, officials met with members of the construction Company and gave necessary instructions to them.

The gravel road measuring one mile in length, 12 ft. in width and nine inches in volume is being   constructed by a tender wining company with Ks. 51.1 million of DRD’s funds for 2022-2023 fiscal years.

The road will benefit 700 acres of farmland of 3639 local people from 790 households in the village, helping them transport rural products to the markets in a timely manner, according to an official from the District Department of Rural Development.——Hlaing Win Lay
