Sunprabon, 7 August

A ceremony to open sub-Basic Education Middle School facility was held in Phonkyankha Village in Sunprabon Township, Kachin State at about 10:00 am on August 6.

First, students from Phonkyankha B.E.M.S. performed a school song. Next, staff officer of the Township Education officer’s office Daw Thida Htay delivered an opening speech. After that the village administrator and a member of school development committee spoke words of thanks respectively.

The one-story school facility measuring 80 ft. in length and 30 ft. in width was constructed by Hnin Ekari construction Company with Ks. 69.84 million of the Union Fund for 2022-2023 FY.—April Moe
