U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs, received the delegation led by Mr Mar­tin Griffiths, Under-Secre­tary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator – the United Na­tions Office for the Coordina­tion of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

During the meeting, they exchanged views on the cur­rent cooperation between Myanmar and the United Na­tions and facilitation for the provision of humanitarian as­sistance to the needy popula­tion. — MNA
