Deputy Minister for Information U Ye Tint inspected the operations at the daily houses and the printing factory in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday, met officials and gave the necessary instructions yesterday.
The deputy minister proceeded to the Myanma Radio and Television (MRTV) to discuss the operations and viewed the staff housings and the radio station.
Subsequently, the deputy minister met departmental heads and staff members and urged officials to conduct strict inspections to ensure no mistakes in news broadcasting, prevent equipment, raw materials and finished products from loss, wast and damage improve quality in printing textbooks and newspapers and be vigilant against fire hazards at workplaces and staff housing during the dry season, and efficient use water. — MNA/TS
