Chief Minister of Chin State U Salai Lian Luai, cabinet members, Speakers, Deputy-Speakers and representatives from State and Regional Hluttaw and invited guests from NGOs attended an opening ceremony of a new Hluttaw building to mark 71st Anniversary of Chin National Day held at the new building in Hakha, Chin State at 8 am on 20 February.
Speaker of Kachin State Hluttaw U Tun Tin, Speaker of Mandalay Region Hluttaw U Aung Kyaw Oo, Speaker of Kayah State Hluttaw U Hla Htwe, Chief Justice of Chin State U Win Myint Kyaw and Chairman U Htun Myint from Aroma Rose Company opened the event by cutting the ceremonial ribbons.
Chief Minister of Chin State U Salai Lian Luai and Speaker of Chin State Hluttaw U Ao Bawi pressed a button to unveil the signboard of the new building. Chin State Hluttaw Speaker delivered an opening remark before posing for a documentary photo with officials.
The chief minister and the Speaker of Chin State Hluttaw sprinkled the scented water to the archway and inspected the new Hluttaw building. –Township (IPRD)
