Deputy Minister for Information U Ye Tint arrived at the Office of the Information and Public Relations Department in the Southern District of Yangon, located in Thanlyin on 30 December. He inspected the operations and subsequently met with officials and staff.
During the meeting, he discussed various matters with the officials and staff of Dala, Kyauktan, Thongwa, Kayan and Seikkyi-Khanaungto townships, inquiring about their respective businesses.
He visited the Kungyangon and Kawhmu Township IPRDs in the morning. In the afternoon. He inspected Twantay Township IPRD and Hlinethaya (East) and (West) townships.
The Deputy Minister held a meeting with the employees to enhance the effectiveness of information and awareness activities.
The offices were noted to be clean and orderly, attracting young people and other individuals to the library for reading.
