Dedaye, 9 January

An event to provide cash aid to fire victims was held in Ward-2 on strand road in the Town of Dedaye, Ayeyawady Region at about 11:00 am on 9 January.

The Township Administrator U Myo Kyaw Kyaw and members, personnel from the Township General Administration Department, members of the Township Maternal and Child welfare Association and members of the Township Women’s Affairs Federation provided cash assistance and relief items to fire victims. In addition, well-wishers also presented financial aid, stationery and uniform to students from fire victim’s families.

Fire broke out in Ward-2 in the Town of Dedaye, Ayeyawady Region in the night of January 3 and completely destroyed a house.—Ezar ly
