Vietnam beat Myanmar with a score of 5-2, while Thailand triumphed over the hosts, the Philippines, with a dominant 7-0. Despite Myanmar’s strong start, leading 2-1 at halftime, their limited international experience showed, leading to a four-goal concession in the second half.

Myanmar and the Philippines each hold one point from two matches, while Indonesia is yet to score. The third day continues today with Vietnam facing Indonesia at 2:30 pm Myanmar Standard Time, followed by Myanmar taking on Thailand at 5:30 pm MST. — Ko Nyi Lay/KZL
