In the ONE Friday Fights 88 event held on 22 November in Bangkok, Thailand, Myanmar fighter Tun Min Aung faced a tough defeat. He competed against Moroccan fighter Zahidi and lost in the second round via a knockout.

Both fighters had similar physical attrib­utes, with no significant difference in height or reach. In the first round, they exchanged strikes evenly. However, in the second round, Zahidi gained the upper hand, landing a decisive kick to Tun Min Aung's neck at 2 minutes 40 seconds, which led to his victory by knockout.
