THE Myanmar Football Federation (MFF) revealed the preliminary 30-player squad for the AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup 2024 on 25 November. The tournament will kick off on 8 December, and the squad features players from various clubs, both local and international.
The squad from Yangon United includes goalkeeper San Satt Naing, defenders Thurein Soe and Ye Lin Htet, midfielders Okkar Naing, Wai Lin Aung, and Zaw Win Thein, as well as forward Yan Kyaw Htwe. From Shan United FC, players like goalkeeper Pyae Phyo Thu and defender Nanda Kyaw represent the squad, alongside midfielders Myat Kaung Khant and Ye Yint Aung. Other notable selections include Nay Lin Htet and Latt Wai Phone from Hanthawady United FC, and Zin Nyi Nyi Aung and Thiha Htet Aung from Dagon Star United.
