ANY armed conflicts never bring benefits to society. It is true. It can be fully defined that armed conflicts as well as any conflicts will never bring advantages to society except for some occurrences of conflicts to initiate the valuable reform processes with positive attitudes.

As such, it can be generally said that everybody needs to avoid and prevent different forms of conflicts whether or not based on the armed struggle line. It is because all kinds of armed conflicts with or without positive attitudes leave disadvantages of armed struggle lines, causing casualties of innocent people as well as children. Particularly, the lives of children who can rely on the future of the State would go with the wind of the deadly occurrences in armed conflicts. These children are unable to attack, disturb and destroy any other.

That is why those on any side who trigger the armed conflicts need to consider the future lives of innocent children. Hence, they should consider whether children deserve to lose their lives in any form of conflict based on political, social, economic, dogmatic and ethnic issues committed by adults who see themselves with their actions as serving the interests of relevant groups.

The current globe is formed with various sizes of countries which are marching towards their relevant goals based on different ways and means. But, they have to note that any ways and means are never perfect. If they initiate these imperfect systems to manage their countries, they have to avoid extremisms in all ways and means they apply and seek the best way for their countries without actions of posing threats to any others, especially to children not to suffer bad impacts of armed conflicts.

In Myanmar, peace is reachable for all. Everybody wishes to enjoy the fruits of peace but a question should be raised for them to accept peace. Peace must be initiated without limit. Any adults whenever they do anything must avoid side effects which can harm others. Peace should not be initiated for personal gain. All stakeholders in forging peace have always to consider the life and limb losses of innocent people. Hence, they should consider: If innocent children lose their lives and limbs in armed conflicts, what will be the future strength of the nation? Consequently, who will take responsibility for children with disabilities affected by armed conflicts? Will the consequences of armed conflicts be useful for the nation?
