VENERABLE Manapadayi Korean Sayadaw and a group of local and foreign donors contributed K10 million on 23 April to support relief and rehabilitation efforts for those affected by the recent earthquake in Mandalay.
The donation was made at the Disaster Management Centre (DMC) office and was accepted by Union Minister Dr Soe Win, who expressed his gratitude and presented a certificate of honour in return. — MNA/KZL
