THE Interfaith Dialogue Group donated yesterday to earthquake-affected staff and their families from the Union Election Commission Office at the office meeting hall.

The donation ceremony was attended by Union Elec­tion Commission Chairman U Ko Ko, Vice-Chairman U Than Soe, commission mem­bers, officials from the Union Election Commission Office, and representatives from the Interfaith Dialogue Group.

During the ceremony, representatives from the In­terfaith Dialogue Group do­nated six-pyi-weight bags of rice and 200 bottles of oil, with a total value of K7.5 million. The Chairman of the Union Election Commission accept­ed the donation and present­ed a certificate of honour, expressing his gratitude. — MNA/MKKS
