The Myanmar Track & Field Federation and the Sports and Physical Education Department under the Ministry of Health and Sports jointly organized a track and field coaching course at the office of the SPED in Dawei, Taninthayi Region this morning.

 

The aim of the course is to qualified track and field coaches who can serve their responsibilities dutifully, understand rules of regulations and train the athletes with advanced techniques. At the opening ceremony of the course, Regional Minister for Social Affairs and Municipality U Ho Pin gave a speech, urging the track and field coaches to try their best in order to train the athletes.

 

Next, the Director of the SPED U Soe Moe Naing explained the purpose of the course and Vice President of the Myanmar Track and Field Federation U Kyaw Khin clarified matters relating to the course. The six-day course is being attended by 20 coaches.—IPRD
