Mohnyin 19 March

A latex extraction course was held at Thayagon village, Nyaungkaing village-tract, Mohnyin township yesterday morning with an opening speech by the Deputy Head of the State AG.

The course was sponsored by Kachin State Agriculture Department under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation.

 U Win Myint Oo, a trainee, expressed thanks on the occasion which was attended by personnel from the State AD, course instructors, trainees and invited guests.
