TO ensure the successful holding of Phase II of the 2025 multiparty democratic general election, the coordination meetings were held at the meeting halls of the General Administration Department of Hsihseng in the Pa-O Self-Administered Zone, Maukmai and Kunhing General Administration Departments in Shan State (South) yesterday.
The relevant commanders, election subcommission officials, states, districts, townships’ levels election commission members and departmental officials attended the meetings.
The commanders made remarks respectively, and the officials reported on their tasks for the electoral processes.
The commanders and officials inspected the polling stations in Tangyan of Shan State (North), Hsihseng, Bangyin, Maukmai and Kunhing of Shan State (South) to ensure the preparations, storage of MEVMs and advance voting processes. — MNA/KTZH
