UNION Minister for Health Dr Thet Khaing Win met Mr Arnaud de Baecque, Resident Representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to Myanmar, yesterday at the ministry in Nay Pyi Taw.
They exchanged views on ongoing healthcare cooperation between the Ministry of Health and the ICRC, including the prosthetics workshop at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Yangon, technical support for the ministry’s rehabilitation departments, emergency healthcare training, and plans to continue cooperation with the ministry in 2026.
The meeting was also attended by departmental officials from the Ministry of Health. — MNA/MKKS
