AT the AFF Futsal Championship 2026 to be held in Thailand, the Myanmar national futsal team has been grouped into A, according to the Myanmar Football Federation.

The group draw was held on 1 March at noon, and the Myanmar team has been placed in Group A along with Thailand, Vietnam and East Timor, while Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia, Cambodia and Brunei have been placed in Group B.

AFF Futsal Championship 2026 will take place at the Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization Gymnasium in Nonthaburi, Thailand, from 5 to 11 April.

The Myanmar team will start training as of 13 March, said MFF. — MT/ZS
