THE course completion and cer­tificate presentation ceremony of the Postgraduate Diploma in Di­plomacy Course 1/2025, conduct­ed by the Myanmar Diplomatic Academy, was held yesterday at the Lawkanat Hall of the Min­istry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.

 

The event was attended by Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs U Ko Ko Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs U Naing Min Kyaw, Deputy Minis­ter for Education Dr Zaw Myint, directors-general from respec­tive departments, members of the Advisory Board of the My­anmar Diplomatic Academy, the rector and board of studies of the Naypyitaw State Academy, and trainees from the Nay Pyi Taw and Yangon cohorts.

 

At the ceremony, Deputy Minister U Naing Min Kyaw de­livered the keynote address and presented certificates of com­pletion to the trainees. Then, Deputy Minister U Ko Ko Kyaw presented the prizes to outstand­ing trainees.

 

The Postgraduate Diplo­ma in Diplomacy Programme Batch 1/2025 was conducted con­currently in Nay Pyi Taw and Yangon from 23 June 2025 to 26 March 2026, for a total duration of eight months. The programme was attended by officials from different government agencies, various ministries and individu­als from the private sector who are interested in diplomacy and international relations. A total of 104 participants attended the programme. The Diplomas will be conferred at the convocation to be held at Naypyitaw State Academy in December 2026. — MNA
