THE monthly meeting 4/2026 of the Myanmar Anti-Narcotics Association (MANA) was held yesterday at the association’s meeting hall, attended by Chairman U Soe Win and members of the Executive Committee.

At the meeting, the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Myanmar Anti-Narcotics Association emphasized the need to take preventive and protective measures, as far as possible, to ensure that young people do not engage in drug use during the upcoming Thingyan festival period. He also stressed the importance of prioritizing educational and awareness activities for youths who are out of school during the holidays. Moreover, he suggested coordinating with responsible officials from locations such as golf courses and industrial zones, and inviting the Information and Public Relations Department, and the Drug Enforcement Division of the Myanmar Police Force, to work together in a coordinated manner.
