Union Minister for Construction U Han Zaw made an inspection on the expansion of Minhla-Seinkalant-Myochaung-Kyungone Road this morning.

First, U Zaw Tun, Director (Urban) clarified the procedures of expansion of the road and the Union Minister called on to meet the set standard because the road is a section connecting between Yangon-Mandalay Union Road and Yangon-Mandalay Highway.

Then, the Union Minister inspected the road expansion and gave necessary instructions. The road is 84 miles and 7 furlong long and it is one of the Yoma crossing roads. 

Upon completion, people from west of Bago Region and Ayeyawady Region will be able travel to Nay Pyi Taw, Mandalay and beyond in a short time.
