The closing of a basic first aid course was held at the hall of No.1 Basic Education High School in Wakema Township, Ayeyawady Region yesterday evening.
    

Speaking on the occasion, Township Administrator of the General Administration Department U Zaw Maw Aung said that the course aims to help the injured people when natural disasters occur in the area. Afterwards, the township administrator and concerned officials presented cash to outstanding trainees.
    

The ten-day course organized by the township Red Cross Society was attended by 60 trainees throughout the township.—Hlwan Thiha (IPRD)
