A head-on collision between a motorbike and a trawlergy occurred between mile posts 28/3 and 28/2 in Inndaing village of Hlegu Township Yangon north district at 1:35 pm yesterday.

The trawlergy driven by an unidentified man along No-2 road en route from Zayatgwin junction to Inndaing village collided head-on with a motorbike driven by U Myo Win, 44.

The motorbike was badly destroyed in the accident. U Myo Win died of injuries sustained while receiving medical treatment in a nearby hospital.

The local police station is taking action against the two for reckless driving according to the law, it is learnt.— Naing Lin ( Hlegu)
