Digging wells and related projects are being undertaken in ten villages in Gyobingyauk Township, Tharrawady District, Bago Region, according to the Township Rural Development Department.

 Digging of ten wells, construction of one water tank with a capacity of 1,000 gallons, six water tank with a capacity of 2,000 gallons, three overhead water tanks with a capacity of  2,400 gallons, eight water pump houses are being implemented with K 125.53 million allocated by the Rural Development Department in 2018-2019 FY, said an official from the department.

Six wells out of ten have been dug and other four wells are being dug. Upon completion, the project will benefit to a total of 3,910 people from 1,032 households.
