Union Minister for International Cooperation U Kyaw Tin signed the book of condolences for former Vietnamese President H.E. Mr. Le DucAnh at the Vietnamese Embassy, Kyauk Kone Road, Yankin Township, Yangon yesterday. H.E. Mr. Le DucAnh passed away on 22 April. — MNA (Translated by Win Ko Ko Aung)
