A Dinner reception, hosted by Mandalay Region Chief Minister, in honour of 2019 Luyeychun students in Grade 8, was held at the Myananbone Hotel, Mandalay yesterday evening. The event was attended by Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture Thura U Aung Ko, Deputy Minister for Education U Win Maw Tun, states and regional ministers and Hluttaw representatives.

First, Mandalay Region Chief Minister Dr. Zaw Myint Maung delivered an opening address at the event. Then the camp-in-charge of the Bagan Luyeychun, alumni luyeychuns and family of the Myananbone Hotel presented the commemorative gifts to Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture Thura U Aung Ko, Mandalay Region Chief Minister Dr. Zaw Myint Maung and Deputy Minister for Education U Win Maw Tun respectively.

Then, the family of the Myananbone Hotel presented the gifts to the camp-in-charge of the Bagan Luyeychun camp, whereas teachers of the Bagan Luyeychun camp presented the commemorative gifts to the Luyeychun students in Grade 8. Following this, Mandalay Region Chief Minister hosted the dinner in honour of the 2019 Luyeychun students in Grade 8.
