A cartoon, painting and poster contest marking the 22nd International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking took place at Basic Education High School No.1 in Loikaw, Kayah State this morning.

Accompanied by Kayah State cabinet members and concerned officials, Chief Minister of Kayah State U L Phoung Sho encouraged the participants. A total of 75 contestants in the Kayah State took part in the competition that was held under various titles.—Loikaw Thar
