An old hand-grenade was discovered by a farmer in Htanaung Kaigyi Village, KhinU Township in Sagaing Region on Sunday.
    

A villager named U Pyuee, 25 years old from Htanaung Kaigyi Village found an old hand-grenade when he ploughed his farm near a creek at about 5:30 p.m. on 2 June. Upon receiving information about the discovery of the explosive device, security personnel from No.4 recruitment unit, policemen and a village administrator went to the scene where the old hand-grenade was unearthed.
