Myanmar’s Border Guard Police (BGP) and the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have reportedly performed a joint navy patrol on 5 June, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.

 


Two patrol boats from Myanmar’s Border Guard Force led by Police Inspector Myat Zaw Oo fromKyeekan police outpost, Maungtaw Township made a security patrol along the Naf River together with two vessels from the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) headed by Subedar Md. Najrul Islan from BGB’s No. 2 battalion from 9 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. on 5 June.—MOHA
